Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be a first-time student at the Cave Hill campus
2. Must be registered full-time
3. Must not be taking preliminary courses
4. Must be residing in a contributing Caribbean country
5. Must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate programme leading to a degree, certificate, or diploma
6. Must not be receiving sponsorship that covers ticket costs

Ticket and Reimbursement Information:
Students are required to purchase a round-trip ticket for their journey to and from the campus. Reimbursement is provided at two stages:

Upon Arrival: You will be reimbursed for your arrival ticket (cost of travel to the campus) when you arrive as a first-year student

Upon Completion: You will be reimbursed for your return ticket (cost of travel home) only after you have completed your degree and are departing the campus

Full-time students meeting all eligibility requirements may also claim baggage/shipping reimbursement to a maximum of Bds$150 (on submission of receipt).
